Judgment rules: First of all, we should not rush to disassemble the supermarket POS registers  and judge the cause of the fault by display. If the customer pole display suddenly cannot display, it can be determined that the customer display screen is faulty.

Fault cause: customer display screen aging, program changes, host interface damage, COM3 port damage.

Inspection method: Connect the pos customer display of the supermarket pos to a host that can display normally to check whether it can display normally. If it can display normally, replace the host interface and COM3 port one by one. If there is no fault in the hardware replacement, check the program.

The main display of the supermarket cash register product is not lit:

Judgment rules: Usually, when the POS system for supermarket is connected to the power supply under the condition that all parts are connected normally, the host is powered on but the display shows no signal output (the display shows a red light). At this time, whether the host issues an abnormal alarm sound or not, the machine is judged to be off.

Failure cause: Usually, the main possibility of causing this failure is that the plug-ins are not plugged in tightly or the main board is short-circuited somewhere or the main components are damaged, causing the main board circuit to short-circuit.

Inspection method: First, unplug the pluggable devices in the host of the supermarket cash register and plug them in tightly again. If there is no effect, then you can unplug the main components in the host and connect the power while keeping only the chip, memory and power supply connected. If it is still not lit at this time, it can be judged that it has nothing to do with whether it is plugged in tightly. You can replace the memory and chip of the normal cash register nearby and try to connect the power. If it is still not lit at this time, and the chip and memory can work normally in other machines, it can be judged that the main board is damaged and needs to be replaced by the supplier. If it can light up with at least one device, you need to plug each component into the motherboard one by one to confirm whether each device is damaged. If a device does not light up when plugged in, it can be determined that the device is damaged.
